CHEESES
Selections change daily. This is a sample list. Show up and be surprised.

D'Affinois
A French brie, aged in the Rhone-Alpes. Mild, buttery, filled with silky goodness. From Fromagerie Guilloteau. Cow’s milk. Pairs with a fruity red or almost any white.

Bleu D'Auvergne Legende
The “legend” is that an Auvergne farmer sprinkled Penicilium Roqueforti from his rye bread onto a new curd. Consistent, moist and slightly sticky. Cow’s milk. Pairs well with a sweet wine.

Emmental
First mentioned in written records in 1293, just don’t call it “Swiss cheese”. Savory but mild, medium hard. Cow’s milk. Pairs well with stronger flavours, like Chardonnay.

Raclette Classic
My favorite cheese – washed-rind, salt-brined meltable delight has a slightly nutty, somewhat salty flavour and pungent nose. Cow’s milk. Pairs well with dry, acidic white wines.

4-Year Perron Cheddar
Hard and crumbly, it will unwind in your mouth with notes of butter and nuts. Cow’s milk. Pairs well with light reds, like a Beaujolais.

VEGAN CHEESES
Our vegan selection is entirely sourced from Vancouver-based Blue Heron. All of their ingredients are plant-based, grown from the earth, and harvested sustainably.

Bleuet Cumulus
This fresh, young, cheese has bright acidity grounded by the earthy sweetness of blueberry.

The Crown
This semi-soft cheese is mildly smoky and umami-forward. Pairs well with the drier white wines.

Lady Lupin
Look. I’ll be honest. I have no idea what this one tastes like. Pairs well with the Aix En Provence Rosé.

Herb and Garlic
Young, fresh cheese has garlicky umami balanced by our West Coast Herb blend featuring marigold with a soft, buttery note. Pairs well with Blue Mountain Gold Label Brut.

Wolf Flower
Mild, Lupini-based cheese will thrill your taste buds. Think hummus. Pairs with the heavy Italian Aglianico Del Taburno superbly.
